I am a professional hairstylist based in Augusta, Georgia, originally from Philadelphia. I specialize in wig installs, quick weaves, and sew-ins, with a strong focus on clean work, seamless blends, and long-lasting styles. I take pride in precision, attention to detail, and creating looks that are both polished and wearable. Each service is performed with care and a customized approach to ensure every client receives a high-quality experience from start to finish. My goal is to provide consistent, professional results in a comfortable and welcoming environment. IMPORTANT POLICIES & BOOKING INFORMATION A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments • A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled. • No extra guests are permitted • Please allow sufficient time for your service. Rushing will not be accommodated •All hair purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once hair has been ordered ⸻ Refund & Adjustment Policy •Due to the time, products, and labor invested into each service, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any hair installation services. •If you experience an issue with your installation that is related to my work, you must notify me within 24 hours of your appointment. If the issue is determined to be due to the installation, I will gladly make the necessary adjustments at no additional charge. Adjustment requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for complimentary corrections. •Please note that this policy does not cover issues resulting from improper maintenance, normal wear, or alterations made by another stylist. ⸻ WASH & BLOW DRY POLICY • Wash & Blowdry services must be added on at the time of booking for an additional $25. ⸻ HAIR DROP-OFF & CUSTOMIZATION FEES • Hair must be dropped off 2 days prior to your appointment • Same-day customization fee: $75 • 1 day prior drop-off: $50 ⸻ WIG INSTALL REQUIREMENTS • Wigs must be brand new with no lace cut • OR previously installed by Ajia Dior Hair for reinstall services • All wigs must be dropped off 3 days prior to the appointment ⸻ BUNDLE & SEW-IN REQUIREMENTS • Three bundles required • Bundles must be brand new • Previously used bundles must be approved before booking • Bundles must match your natural hair color unless color blending is booked • Additional bundles must be booked as an add-on ⸻ QUICK WEAVE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 3 bundles required • Additional bundles must be booked as an add-on • Hair must be dropped off in advance for washing and prep ⸻ ADD-ON FEES • Before or after-hours appointments: $50 • Additional styling must be booked as an add-on ⸻ FINAL NOTE Failure to follow these policies may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling without a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 15 minutes will result in appointment reschedule and the deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 40% cancellation fee. No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. Please arrive prepared and with adequate time, as services may occasionally run over. Clients are asked not to rush the service. Booking an appointment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
